Wellbeing Scotland – Adult Services

Wellbeing Scotland’s Adult Services offers support to adults whose life experiences have impacted negatively on their wellbeing. 

Service Description

The adult service can offer trauma-informed counselling/support work, EMDR/EFT, befriending, advocacy support, complementary therapies, and group work. As well as therapeutic groups, Wellbeing Scotland offers moving forward groups, art therapy, writing therapy and gardening groups, if the clients request them. There are specialist packs for clients with physical health issues and for health professionals.
