Women’s Self Injury Direct Services provides emotional listening support and signposting for women affected by self-injury.

Service Description

The direct services offer independent, confidential and anonymous support. The helpline is run by women for women and will support anyone in the UK who identifies as a woman who wants to talk about self-harm and/or self-injury.
