Bipolar Scotland Self Help Group

Bipolar Scotland West Lothian Self Help groups are places where people who are affected by bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life.

Service Description

You don’t have to be a Bipolar Scotland member and you don’t need a referral or an appointment.

The groups are open to friends, family and carers of people with a bipolar diagnosis and have regular guest speakers.

Date: Second Thursday of the month
Time: 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm
