Bipolar Scotland Self-help Group

The Bipolar Scotland West Lothian Self-help Group is a place where people who are affected by bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life.
You don’t have to be a Bipolar Scotland member and you don’t need a referral or an appointment.
The groups are open to friends, family and carers of people with a bipolar diagnosis and have regular guest speakers.
Date: Second Thursday of the month
Time: 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm
