The Action Group
Welfare Rights service offers advice about your rights and benefits.
The Housing And Community Support Service helps people live independently, whether in their own tenancies, in shared accommodation, or in living at home. The service supports people in their own tenancies from a few hours a week up to 24/7 support. The Action group support people to engage in meaningful day-to-day activities, like going to college, volunteering, and going to work. The service is person-centred around an individual’s needs. These needs cover a wide variety of issues, such as:
- Learning Disabilities
- Autism/ Asperger’s Syndrome
- Mental Health Problems
- Physical Disabilities
- Drug & Alcohol Issues
- History of homelessness
- History of offending behaviours
- Acquired Brain Injuries
- Eating Disorders
