the sparkThe Spark provides a range of help and support to help people make their relationships work. We all struggle with our relationships at different points in our lives and accessing support early can make all the difference.

Services are available online, over the phone, or face-to-face in your local area. Support is available for individuals, couples, families, and children and young people.

 

Relationship counselling is available for individuals or couples. You can access counselling face to face or online.

The Spark also offers FOCCUS programmes for couples preparing to move in together or get married. These help you think about the practical side of living together from the earliest stage.

 

The Relationship Helpline is a free, confidential service providing support to people who are experiencing relationship difficulties. Whether you are having relationship difficulties with your partner or spouse, your family, friends, neighbours, or work colleagues, the helpline can give you a safe place to talk.

It is free to call from landline and most mobiles on 0808 802 2088 or use the live web chat. The helpline is open Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm, and on Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
